Absolutely love this service.
Absolutely love this service. Honestly these products have been used for many years but sadly you had to actually make an appointment with your physician face to face. Not the case anymore. I can have a virtual meeting with my physician and he gets right back to me quickly online (and stays in contact) every time. Professional and with the busy times!

Hims offers a good hair treatment product. I like using the cream instead of taking pills. Thanks to Hims, my hair is staying full and not getting thinner. At 77, my hair's fullness makes me look 10-15 years younger, even as it's just starting to gray. Thanks for the assistance.

The customer service was good.
The customer service was good. The packaging and pricing were decent too. However, I had some issues with the weight loss pills. Initially, I was looking for semaglutide or terzepitide from Hims, but I ended up being directed to the oral meds, which wasn’t what I wanted. I decided to try them anyway, but it didn’t work out for me. It caused dry mouth, muscle cramps, and the worst part was the insomnia, which I already struggled with, but it made it worse. So, I had to move on.
