I just started using their subscription (auto repeat) service and am exited to get my supplies regularly without needing to order every time.

Customer service admitted their mistake and said they'd send a new order. They sent the wrong order again. Now I have four bottles of Visine red eye Total Comfort Multi-symptom that I didn't order. I didn't bother calling back to fix it a second time.

Poor Response

I have been pleased with their service until now! The delivery driver ran over my neighbors mailbox and broke it off, he tried to stand it back up. It is a wooden post. He drove off without a note or anything! We have him on camera! I called customer service. The response was that they don’t repair mailboxes! Contact the carrier! I tried to find out who it was, they ignored my calls and emails! Is this the kind of company you want to deal with?
