My initial experience with OmegaQuant was positive. The test arrived promptly, the instructions were clear, and I received my results within a week of sending in my sample. While some of the details in the results may be too complex for me to fully understand, the key information was easy to grasp. Overall, I found their product and service satisfactory, and I would consider using OmegaQuant again in the future.

I've been doing the Omega 3 test every year for a long time, and it consistently helps me see what I'm doing well and what needs work. My reports are always updated with the latest info on fatty acids, so I feel well-informed. This year, I saw that my EPA levels are quite low compared to other Omegas, so I plan to add an EPA-rich fish oil to improve that level (for brain health.)

The test process was straightforward, and sending in the sample was easy. The results came back quickly, and the colored charts to indicate whether you were in the green zone were very helpful. One suggestion for improvement would be to clearly state the omega 6 to 3 ratio in bold, as it was somewhat hidden in the information.

I think OmegaQuant is good.
I think OmegaQuant is good. One thing that bothered me was they didn't tell me when they got my sample. I had to ask them and they said yes. For the price of the kit, it'd be nice if they could communicate better, like tell when they get the sample.

I think the Omega 3 index test and
I think the Omega 3 index test and trans fats score are quite useful. However, the Omega 3 to 6 ratio seems less relevant for me right now. It would be better if there was a choice to get only the Omega 3 index and trans fats results.
