I really enjoy Hike shoes.

I really enjoy Hike shoes. I own 3 pairs of their summer shoes and recently bought 2 pairs of winter boots. The customer service is great – the winter boots were a bit too small, and I couldn't find my order number, but Emily from customer service helped me for days until we located the order number. Now, the larger boots are being shipped to me without any extra charges. I've always been satisfied with both the shoes and the service. Keep doing a good job!

Like these shoes when I manage to get the right size. I deal with plantar fasciitis, and these are the ONLY shoes that let me walk comfortably. The variety of styles is great, but sizes vary a lot, and the size charts don’t help. I own a few styles, and my sizes go from women’s 9.5 to 11.5. Now, I’m sticking to one style because returns and exchanges can be a bit of a hassel. Still, I’ll keep buying them because, when they fit, they’re great.

I realy like these winter boots! They are super warm inside with soft fur, and the outside keeps water out, so my feet stay dry when I’m outside with the dogs or feeding the stray cats around here. My feet are always cold during the colder months, but now I’ve got cozy shoes that I can wear outside instead of just slippers. Thanks for making such comfy and practical winter shoes!

I really like the shoes so much. The prices are fair, and your team was very helpful and fast in solving my ordering issue. I would totally give 5 stars, but the insoles move around in both shoes while wearing them (probably my mistake because of how I walk and my hate for socks). The shoes feel great to wear, and my feet and ankles don’t hurt or swell anymore after work.

Not great. I asked for an email regarding returning my shoes but only got one reply with no clear instructions on how to return both pairs. Customer service could be better. These shoes are uncomfortable and lack proper support. Felt very unstable while walking. How can I return them and get my refund?
