I’ve been using Alpha for nearly 3 years. They’re great. They assisted me with PA for GLP-1 meds, and I’ve lost a lot of weight. My insurance doesn’t cover it now, but I’ll be switching to their compound medication for sure. I would highly recommend them.

The doctors are good, they pay attention to you and recommend the right medicine for your issue. When I first used this service, paying per visit was an option, and it worked well for me. Last time I used the site, they introduced a monthly membership, which I didn't like at all. After checking reviews, I saw it was simple to cancel after paying for the first month, so that’s what I did. I’m not sure what will happen next year when I need to renew my prescription, but I hope they bring back the pay-per-visit plan.
