The service was simple to use, no trouble at all, and gave me comfort when I needed an emergency antibiotic on a Friday night with no dentist available. I appreciate not having to rush to a dentist and pay all the extra fees just to get the medicine. It was really helpful in saving money for the first visit. Dental care is costly, and getting an appointment just for antibiotics can cost a lot.

Great service as always! With the new year, my insurance deductible reset, and to see my Dr it would have cost $209. I only paid $39.99 for your service and $11 for a refill on my hypertension meds. Just under $50 instead of $209... you really helped me out!

From beginning to end, my experience was truly great. My order went through on the exact day promised.

Overall, it was decent. I submitted my request for a consultation at around 3:40 pm on a Saturday because I had a dental infection that needed attention and the dentist's office was closed. Plus, it was a holiday weekend. My prescription was sent in and I was able to pick it up by 11:00 am the next day. It would have been better if I could have gotten same-day service, which is why I didn’t give a full 5-star rating, but still, I got my prescription in less than 24 hours, so I'm content.

The delay was more than I thought it would be. They said 2-3 hours for my rx to be sent but it ended up being 6 hours. Couldn’t reach anyone by phone on the weekend and the chat didn’t help either, no one answered. I’m glad my rx finally got to the pharmacy just in time, 15 minutes before they closed. The servis they give is useful and the price is good. You really should work on your comunication and have better live help even on weekends!

Last time I had supply for 3 months, but now it's only 1 month worth. Not very hapy about that since the consult cost me $40.

Don’t even think about trying this company if you are

Don’t even think about trying this company if you are in bad pain like me and have been for over 12 hours. I paid for their help at lunch and now it’s 5:33 and I still haven’t got any reply from them. They took my money and then just stopped talking to me. What kind of business treats people like this? I’ll tell you – one that doesn’t care about their patients at all and only wants to grab your money. I hope they fail and close down like they deserve. I’m hurting so much and caredmd doesn’t care one bit. I’ve sent lots of messages and now I’m asking many times to just return my money, but they’ve gone quiet and won’t answer any messages. What a bad bad company caredmd is. Avoid them everyone. They don’t give you any service after payment and I hope they get what’s coming.

It took 22 hours for them to get back to me after I paid for a consultation for a toothache late on Friday night before my cruise. I found another company that answered in 5 minutes the next morning. I asked CareMD many times for a refund through chat, but they ignored me. After 22 hours, I finally got an email saying they sent a prescription. By then, it was too late to use it because I was already seen and treated by a better company.
