I worked with the excellent team at Dr’s Note for my FMLA certification after my previous doctor submitted a messy and insufficient report about my health. Dr. Sally was very understanding, well-informed, and paid attention to all my concerns, producing a detailed and complete report on my condition. My FMLA was approved immediately without any issues. Plus, I could have a virtual meeting with her on short notice. I highly suggest their services as they are very valuable. I’m really happy to have found them!

My primary doctor didn’t really hear me out when I told her about my long fight with depression and anxiety. Her main suggestion was just to give me pills I didn’t want and to try a yoga class. After a small cancer op on my arms, the after care paper said to wash my stiches with head and shoulders. I looked it up and saw this stuff is really just for hair and not good for healing skin at all. It can even make it take longer to get better. Even Procter and Gamble says it's just for hair. So just be carefull when it comes to medical stuff, looks like you can't allways count on health care now cause of this WOKE thing.

Doctor Sartin was very caring, you could really tell he cared about me as a patient. I’m so thankful for his help with my FMLA paperwork. I burned my left thigh with hot grease from the stove. The doctor was like OMGEE VANESSA 😂😂😂. He made sure I didn’t have to work for at least 3 months and took care of the PMLA and FMLA forms. Now I can relax and heal without worrying.
