I really value the care my Luna therapist

I really value the care my Luna therapist gave me for my strained rotator cuff from November 2024 until now. She always paid attention to what I said about my pain and took care to adjust the massage and exercises based on how my shoulder felt. Since I don't drive, having her come to my home was really important. Thanks to her treatment, I can now travel without worrying much about my shoulder.

Ian has helped me in so many ways, and I'm really

Ian has helped me in so many ways, and I'm really thankful to Luna for connecting us. He’s a true expert, smart, kind, and very PATIANT! Thank you everyone, as I tried 4 other services before I was lucky enough to find Ian Jones!

    My surgeon recommended using Luna

My surgeon recommended using Luna for my upcoming knee surgery, but I'm not too happy with their scheduling. They only offer PT sessions at 5 or 7PM, and the earliest available slot after my Monday surgery is Wednesday. I thought PT was supposed to start right away. I think I'll skip Luna and just have my wife drive me to a nearby Physical Therapy center instead.

I have a knee replacement coming up

I have a knee replacement coming up, and my doctor suggested Luna. Their PT slots are at 5 or 7 PM, which isn’t great. Plus, my surgery is on a Monday, and the first available appointment isn't until Wed, Thurs, or Fri. Isn’t PT meant to start sooner than this? I guess I’ll skip Luna and have my wife take me just one mile to a nearby Physical Therpy instead.

Luna therapist is often late, cancels

Luna therapist is often late, cancels without notice, and doesn’t seem to have any guidance. He does whatever he feels like whenever he feels like it. Once, he even booked a personal appointment while I was supposed to be seen at that same time! What sort of service is this??

Luna may work fine for simple treatments

Luna may work fine for simple treatments, but they aren't prepared for more complex procedures like major surgery rehabilitation. I underwent a total knee replacement, and the therapist lacked even basic physical therapy tools like step platforms, non-slip pads, and folding chairs. Without the proper equipment, the therapy for my joint replacement ended up being ineffective and, frankly, unsafe. For example, the therapist used a resistance band that was too small and lacked padding. As a result, I still have a visible mark on my ankle from the band digging into my skin weeks later. This was careless and unprofessional. In response to Luna's reply: It wasn’t a large number of sessions, and I stopped after my surgeon approved it, following the injury caused by the therapist. Also, you might want to be cautious about sharing details of my sessions, as you could be breaching HIPAA regulations.
