I'm disappointed with this

I'm disappointed with this company. This is my second time reaching out to them, and they completely ignored my first request. Not only did they charge my credit card without my permission, but they also sent me an item I never even asked for. I'm going to have to contact my bank to dispute the charge. Their customer service is terrible – they never pick up the phone, and they don't respond to emails in a timely manner like they claim they do on their recorded message.

Return Policy a waste of time.

I ordered a Speed Loader from Gunner Gear. When I received it, it would not work on my MP Shield 9mm magazines. I tried to return the item and was given an RMA, but was told I had to pay for return shipping. The cost for the item was no big deal, only $20. What added insult to injury was that fact that I ordered and trusted that if the item didn't work, I would not be out any money. At any rate, it would cost me $15 shipping cost to return it. Paid $20 so I suffer a minor loss of $5.00 (based upon the Company's policy even though it was their mis- leading advertising). After a few emails, they said they were a small company Gunner Gear prioritizes customer satisfaction. They offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. "If the Speed Loader is not compatible with your firearm, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund." I've said enough! I can't believe I'm "venting" about a $5.00 loss!! At any rate, I should have ordered on Amazon, return shipping costs are covered there. No more Gunner Gear for me!

No Product Info or Instructions Included

I ordered a 9mm Magazine Loader. It was shipped to me WITHOUT ANY instructional documentation whatsoever. Only the product. I called Gunner Gear…..no one answers the phone nor can you leave a voicemail message. I will be returning the product and if not refunded, I’ll dispute my credit card charge.

I usually don't trust products sold online that seem too cheap to be true, like the OTF Black Widow knife was priced when I saw the pre-order deal. But I was surprised by what I received, and the extra items they included. So, I ordered 3 of each, hoping they'd be great gifts if they were as good as advertised. When my order arrived, I was very happy with what I got. Really happy indeed! It turned out I made a good choice. I was also excited when my first Knife Club order arrived, as I had never seen anything like these knives before. I was a happy camper! I checked prices at some local knife shops to see what they would charge for knives like the Black Widow and Mini Joker. Yup, I did great, felt good about the deal I got. So, I ordered more, and will probably buy more for myself and as gifts too.

This is a great small business. They’ve been helpful & honest in all my experiences. I’ve bought many items from them, and every step from online ordering to delivery has been smooth. Once, my entire order went missing, but I reached out to GG through support email, and they quickly sent me a replacement along with a nice freebie! Another time, I received a spring-loaded knife that was defective. I emailed GG, and they immediately gave me an RMA and replaced it without any issues. Lastly, I had bought a beautiful mini K-bar "The Marine," but sadly it was stolen from my truck. When I told GG about it and asked for a replacement, they gave me an amazing discount. Yes, GG can be relied upon—they really go out of their way for customer service. BZ GG!

It turns out there was a new safety feature added, but the instructions hadn’t been updated yet.
