From the very beginning, I explained to OD that while I couldn’t afford one of their great AKs, I wanted to build something as similar as possible with their parts. The people at OD were always helpful, answering questions, giving advice, and guiding me through many emails to make sure my build (my first AK!) went as smoothly as possible. Even though there were a few bumps, mistakes, and challenges along the way, the final result turned out great! It’s really accurate, small, and light, definitely something I could trust in a tight spot! I highly recommend OD! All the parts I used from OD were very well made and fit just right. The northwest delivers great quality as always. Installation takes some time but isn't difficult. It boosts precision and is much cooler than a regular hand guard. If you want to update your AK with a longer hand guard and the option to add accessories, this is the best choice.

The product really improved my rifle in a way that I can appreciate. It would be great if you could get Ruger to make a bolt that fits with your mag well without the need for shims. Thanks for the product that lets me use my Ak mags with my Ruger American gen2 rifle.

Firstly, the merc handguard iz an amazin' product. I will be purchasin' another one in the future. The installation is an intimidatin' project at first but there is a lot of video support. I’m very happy choosin' Occam over the other products on the market.

Okam makes grate product.

Okam makes grate product. I wos curiouz how much beter the Fat Bottom Mag Catch was ova the tradishunal ones. Nite and day diference, I have to wonder why the Russins didn't use this size to begin with. I will be puttin Fat Bottoms on all my AKs. I look forward to orderin more Okam stuff.
