This company really knows what they're doing! I'm new to air gunning and also to this company. The team at Air Gun Depot is really helpful, offering advice on their wide range of products. They provide excellent support through phone or chat, and take their time to answer all of my questions. The shipping is quick and reliable. I made a purchase just before Black Friday, and they were kind enough to honor the sale price with a credit. Great service all around! Their prices and discounts are also very good. I’ve just finished setting up the gun to test tomorrow (looking forward to it), and my experience with Airgun Depot has been quite good. Shipping was quick and fairly priced. Calvin sent a note asking if I had questions. I sent a few back and am waiting for a reply. All seems fine so far. I have a feeling the Gamo Swarm Maxxim 10x Gen 2 will be a great choice. My first pellet rifle was a Crosman pump-up, and I wanted to upgrade. This air rifle could become a regular thing.

Good service from Matthew Z, Greg W, Calvin C, and Adam D. I got a refurbished Avenge X rifle, but it didn’t hold pressure. Matthew and Calvin assisted me with the return. The replacement rifle had the same issue. Calvin and Adam were there to help with the second one and gave me a full refund so I could get another item (Umarex Zelos). Throughout the process, everyone at Airgun Depot was polite and helpful, covering the shipping for both returns.

I really like the new Crosman.

I really like the new Crosman. I had one when I was a kid in the '70s and shot thousands of .22 cal pellets with it. The pump arms even got worn out from all the use. It's a great product and company.

Fast and organized. Moving from my old, cheap co2 gun to a better pneumatic one was way harder than I thought. A simple guide on what’s actually needed would have been helpful… like seriously… it doesn’t load itself… and the Diana instructions were not very clear. I’ve had my new gun for a few weeks now, and I still can’t get it to work right. I’ll have to contact your support soon. Your products are solid. I went through my order and ensured everything was in stock. However, to my surprise, I discovered that everything is being shipped from Ohio, despite living only 40 miles from the store. When the website indicates that items are in stock, it would be more accurate to specify their location, as I initially assumed my order was in Draper, Utah. This discrepancy left me feeling deceived.

The variety of guns offered is good. When I ordered one, I hoped to find the right gas cartridges and pellets, but the site kept pushing me to finalize the gun purchase, leaving me unsure about what to choose for those parts.

Shipping costs are way too

Shipping costs are way too high! I almost paid as much for shipping as I did for the cleaning kit itself. This hurts your sales big time.

Non existent same day shipping.

Ordered first thing Saturday morning it's now after 12pm Monday still not shipped despite paying more for faster delivery. Don't waist your money on better shipping. Not how you treat a new customer or repeat one .
