Solid product with a few drawbacks.

Solid product with a few drawbacks. The magazine lid release can be uncomfortable on the fingers. The magazine retainer screw is inconveniently long, but a thumb screw accessory helps. Adjustments were needed for a smooth fit. Customer service, especially Michael and the Denver ops manager, promptly addressed issues with fractured limb caps. Aluminum replacements are on the way. Steambow has won me over, and my traditional compound bows are now collecting dust.

I don't have any complaints

I don't have any complaints. Every order I've made came on time. When I got the package, everything was just as I wanted, and putting it together was simple. The AR-6 Tactical works better than I thought, the bolts are holding up fine, and the product seems durable. I'm really happy and will suggest my friends check out steambow and their great products.

We got a hitch

We got a hitch with FedEx/CBSA, so we emailed Lukas. Lukas and Michael said we'd get a crossbow. He sorted FedEx and sent another with UPS. It came quick. We got more arrows and a red dot sight. Thanks! It's nice dealing with you.

The aluminum limb tips broke rite away. The magnum limb was too strong maybe I got the rong limb tip. Disappointing had to put bak on the old limb. But i love the red dot sight.
