I bought an item from Gshopper and, even though I had some worries at first, the package arrived as promised. Sadly, I emailed the store a few times but got no reply. Their customer support could be better, but the product came and works fine. The store is real, just be ready to wait.

Wrong item, poor service!

I ordered the dashcam "VIOFO A229 PRO 2CH Front and Rear 4K+2K HDR Dual Driving Recorder" with SKU: ER2024061301. Title, details specification and images clearly says this is both front and back camera aka 2 channels. However after ordering as per order number "WSG000064939" I only received front camera (1CH). I contacted customer service to inform of the error, but they did not reply! Only after opening a dispute via Paypal they replied. Customer Service insisted they send me correct item even though I showed photos of package and item. They could only offer me money back if I pay 50$ to return package and they then began talking nonsense about sending item for repair?! I really can't accept to have a 50 dollars loss due to a mistake from Gshopper's side, but European consumer law does not apply to this chinese webshop, so lost cause. First and last time shopping with Gshopper! Higly recommend to stay away from Gshopper unless you want to get scammed!

But after ordering with number "WSG000064939," I got only the front camera (1CH). I tried to contact customer support about this mistake, but they never answered! Only when I started a Paypal dispute did they reply. They said they would send the right item, even though I sent pictures of the box and camera. They only offered a refund if I pay $50 to send it back, then started saying something about sending the camera for repair?! I can’t accept losing $50 because of Gshopper’s mistake, but European consumer rights don’t work with this Chinese store, so no luck. This is my first and last time buying from Gshopper! Highly advise avoiding Gshopper unless you want to get ripped off! The quality of the recorded videos is great!!
