Cue the waiting game and a few bumps in communication—it felt like a scavenger hunt just to track down my package, which ended up at the wrong doorstep! Talk about a plot twist. But here’s the punchline: after a bit of back-and-forth with the postal service and some patience, it finally arrived, looking fabulous and fitting like a dream. Sure, the communication could use some polish when things go awry, but their dedication to making things right won me over. I’m already planning my next fashion spree with Goduckee—because when they get it right, they really get it right!

These individuals are engaging

These individuals are engaging in fraudulent activities. Despite placing an order for keychains in mid-August, I have yet to receive the items as of November 4th. Communication with the company has been unproductive, with conflicting statements about the status of my package. They initially claimed it had shipped, then suggested it was lost, and later insisted it was delivered, even though the tracking information indicated it had been shipped just recently. Despite these issues, they refuse to refund my money, asserting that the responsibility is no longer theirs since the tracking indicates delivery. They've committed to sending another package, but the estimated arrival is another month away. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would rate them negatively if possible.

I placed an order worth $45

I placed an order worth $45 on May 18th, hoping to use it as a Father's Day gift on June 18th. Sadly, the package never arrived, so I had to make alternative arrangements. When I reached out on 6/19, they mentioned the item was lost and offered a 15% refund along with a remake, which I declined since I no longer needed it. On 6/29, they once again proposed the same options, and I requested a refund. However, on 7/3, after several exchanges, they referred to their no returns policy, which doesn't apply in my case as I have nothing to return. It seems they are unwilling to issue a refund and are sending an item I no longer need. The whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

When my tumbler came, I was happy with it. It looked really nice. But then I noticed the sticker on the back was a bit off. It was still good, so I didnt say anything. A few days later, GoDuckee support emailed me. I told them about the issue, and very fast I got a new tumbler that was just right. Thank you GoDuckee for a nice tumbler and a good experiance.

On my request to customize the hair for the male character, the team at this store went above and beyond to meet my needs. Although they didn't have a length that was long enough, they were willing to make the adjustments I asked for. The end result was perfect - an amazing anniversary gift!

It delivered fast, and was wraped amazingly, they made sure it would not break! The wood was good quality, my boyfriend said he could actually smell that it was fresh. His face lit up instantly as he saw his gift. It now is presented in our bedroom. He will treasure it forever.
