I ordered a Hawaiian shirt with a photo, and let me tell you, it was perfect! Arrived super fast too, way ahead of when I needed it. But then there’s the custom graduation garden flag. I needed it by May 3, and graduation's come and gone, but no flag in sight. It’s frustrating, you know? I emailed them right after placing the order, asking to prioritize the flag. Clearly, that didn’t work out at all. The shirt's great, but I’m disappointed about the flag. It’s like they didn’t even bother with my request. Wish they would’ve handled things better.

I was really disappointed since it was meant to be a Christmas gift, and this experience made me hesitate to order anything else from them.

But when they arrived, the face is just 5 inches and the cap is 3 inches, making it only 8 inches in total. Seriously, who thought this was a good idea? They look kinda silly when you hold them up to your face, not the fun effect I was going for. Was really looking forward to having some laughs with these, but now it's just a letdown. Guess I should've double-checked the measurements or something. Not sure what to do with them now.

Ordered some custom dog-face pajamas for my son back in December, hoping they'd make the perfect Christmas gift. But here we are, mid-February, and I still don’t have them. The tracking info said they got returned, so I reached out to Gecko's customer service. They claimed they'd shipped to the exact address I provided. Turns out, they used a sketchy shipping company from China, which then handed off to USPS. The package got sent back because they didn't include the ZIP +4. After a lot of back and forth, Gecko insisted they had used the correct ZIP +4, but my postmaster showed me otherwise. They offered to re-ship for an extra $16, which was absurd considering the mistake was on them. Finally, they refunded me the price of the pajamas but not the shipping. So frustrating! Now I have to fight with my bank to get the rest of my money back. Definitely won’t be ordering from Gecko again.

I ordered a mug, thinking it was a great find since the description clearly stated "Dishwasher Safe." Imagine my surprise when the design started disappearing after just one wash! I reached out to customer service on June 12, 2025, but it took multiple attempts and a new ticket to even get a response. They finally replied, only to tell me that I was past their 30-day policy by a day, so they wouldn't help beyond offering a discount on another purchase. Seriously? For just one day over, they wouldn't make things right. It's frustrating how little they care about customer satisfaction. I'd recommend steering clear of this company if you value good service and quality products.
