    I had a frustrating experience

    I had a frustrating experience with this company. Ordered a package to 6 West, but it got delivered to 6 somewhere else. I provided photos of my house and even sent Google Maps screenshots. Still, they haven't taken any action. They just need to contact the shipping carrier to fix it, but nothing's being done. Considering how high the shipping costs are, you'd think there'd be some insurance or guarantee. Sadly, their customer service is just terrible. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.

    Ordered a premium tee and

    Ordered a premium tee and it was like, super tight. I checked with them and they admitted all their t-shirts run small. Asked if the regular tees were the same, and they said yes. Kinda frustrating. If they know their shirts are that small, why not just change brands? It's not like it’s a secret! Plus, the tees are really long and narrow, which is just weird. Not sure I’ll buy from them again unless they fix this sizing issue. If you’re thinking of getting one, maybe order a size up or be ready for a snug fit.

    I tried twice to get

    I tried twice to get an ornament from this company, and both were complete disasters! The quality was just horrible. Seriously, they looked nothing like the advertised pictures. And don't even get me started on their customer service. I've reached out to them at least ten times asking for a refund, and not a single response. It's beyond frustrating. If only I could show pictures here, you'd see how bad they messed up. Honestly, save yourself the headache and avoid this company. It’s not worth the trouble.

    I placed an order for a shirt at the end of November, hoping it would make the perfect Christmas gift. It's Christmas Day now, and the shirt has been stuck in Whittier, CA since December 3rd. I've sent multiple emails to the company, but haven't received any replies. The courier company hasn’t responded either. This has been such a frustrating experience, and I feel like I've wasted my time, energy, and money. This is definitely the worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Really disappointed.

    I recently ordered a gift for my husband and realized I picked the wrong item. I quickly emailed the company twice, hoping to cancel the order so I could reorder the right one. Days passed and I got no response. I even tried adding them on WhatsApp to get some help, but it said the user isn't on it. It's been really frustrating not hearing back from them. Now, I'm stuck with a gift my husband won't use, and I still don't know how to fix it. The lack of customer service is really disappointing.

    Ordered a Christmas gift on December 9th, and it's now way past Christmas, and still nothing. The tracking info hasn't updated since December 20th. Feeling pretty upset and let down here. They promised delivery within 15 days, but it's been way longer. It feels like they just took my money, and I have no idea if I'll ever see the product. Honestly, if it was possible to give zero stars, I would. This whole experience has been super frustrating. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.

    I ordered four custom glasses with two different designs, each with a photo. When they arrived, the text was all mixed up, and two of the glasses had photos that weren't even properly attached.     Ordered something on 12/8, still waiting. Tracking says it's stuck in a warehouse in NYC since 12/16. Turns out, the "warehouse" is just a PO box service. Been trying to get in touch with customer service for 10 days, but no luck. This feels super shady. Finally found a number on Trustpilot, but it goes straight to voicemail, no message option. Gonna have to call my bank and report this as fraud. Not happy at all with this whole situation. Feels like I've been scammed.

    I bought something from this company and boy, what a nightmare! I placed my order on December 7th, and as of today, it’s still stuck in China. The shipping costs were through the roof, and it feels like I’ve been waiting forever. The tracking info hasn’t updated in ages, so I have no idea when or if it’ll ever arrive. It's super frustrating, and honestly, I’m pretty disappointed. Definitely won’t be buying from them again anytime soon.

    I ordered something, but my package got lost. It took nearly 2 months and 15 emails to finally get a refund. I thought, hey, maybe it was just bad timing because of the postal strike, so I tried ordering again. Big mistake. They took my money right away, but now it's been over a week and no word from them. I'm out $200 and feeling scammed. This isn't how you treat customers. So frustrating! Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    I ordered something from this place, but never got it. Tried to get answers, but the owner kept giving me the runaround. The tracking info was in Chinese, I think, so I couldn't understand it at all. They claimed it was delivered to my porch, but my security cameras showed nothing. Felt like they were just stalling.     Ordered a print and paid

    Ordered a print and paid an extra 15 bucks for 2-day shipping, but it took 6 days to arrive. Felt like I threw that extra money down the drain. When it finally showed up, the print looked terrible, like it was done by someone who doesn't care. Just a big disappointment all around. Definitely not worth what I spent.
