Great materials and the product matches the description perfectly. Very pleased with how smooth the ordering and delivery went. The floor was installed with minimal waste, thanks to the estimating and layout tools. I recently bought some extra tiles in three colors for any potential damage from moving equipment or regular use. I'm really happy with it, and I get lots of compliments from neighbors and Car Club members. Wouldn’t be shocked if you get some new customers. Thanks!

Came on time and in good shape. The flooring tool gave the right amount, so I did not spend extra. The item looks like in the description and went in without trouble. I am really happy with how it turned out. Excited to see how the tiles last, but right now I would definitly tell others to buy from here!

I luv this flore contanment mat. A neybor showed myself and another neybor and we both luv it! Wish I would of had back when it snowed! Keeps the water just on the mat....so far! Thanx

The company was good. The rubber tiles I got fit well on my not-level surface. Installing them was simple and they look nice. It was a bit hard to cut them because they're thick. I was surprised shipping was free for such a heavy shipment. The driver put the pallet in front of my garage and the tiles were easy to handle. Overall, it was a good experience.

I've ordered tiles from Garage Flooring twice. The second time, I needed to return the extra tiles I had. However, I was required to pay for the shipping, which I found to be quite expensive. I paid $180 for my second set, and it would cost me $70 to ship the remaining tiles back. It doesn't make sense to me. The person I talked to didn't offer much help, and simply stated, "You're responsible for shipping." In my experience, having a business account with UPS, FedEx, or USPS usually comes with significant shipping discounts. Garage Flooring, you might want to consider being more accommodating when customers need to return unused merchandise. Offering more reasonable shipping rates would likely encourage more repeat business. As it stands, I'm hesitant to purchase more inventory from your company, as unforeseen circumstances can often lead to the need for returns, and covering the shipping costs can be burdensome for many consumers.

I do not recommend buying flooring from this company, which also operates under the website www.rubberflooringinc.com. My experience with their customer service, particularly "DoriRose Olson," was not helpful. I attempted to return my order because the tiles didn't stay latched as they should. However, Ms. Olson disagreed with me, claiming they do latch. It's quite comical since she couldn't physically inspect the poor-quality flooring. Additionally, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and it seems like they do not stand behind their 30-day money-back guarantee. Be cautious, as it appears to be a scam!

Pros: The product was delivered on time. Cons: The product consisted of four tiles glued together, and they broke when I attempted to separate them. I have reached out to their customer service multiple times via email, but I have received no response. It seems like they don't care about their customers. Dealing with many other companies I've purchased from before, I've found that their customer service is practically non-existent

My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. The promised shipping dates were not upheld, and attempts to contact them went unanswered. Delivery mishaps, like leaving a hefty 250 lb product blocking my driveway, added to the ordeal. When I reported product damage with photo evidence, they insisted on additional pictures. Overall, a nightmare experience; not recommended!

They miss the promised shipping dates and don’t answer calls. The delivery services they choose leave your heavy product in your driveway, blocking you in! When the item is damaged and you send photos showing the damage and packaging, they ask you to unbox the damaged item for more pictures. This has been a disaster! I do NOT recommend!!

Disheartened by misleading advertising from this company. The promised 30% off sitewide and all flooring turned out to be false, accompanied by disappointing replies. Regrettably, the advertised discounts were not honored. Beware of clickbait tactics, as my experience with their pricing left me unsatisfied.
