Not sure what kind of offense would deserve the punishment Frontier imposes on its customers, but there’s definitely a place in the underworld where one endures this kind of torment. Honestly, this is the worst customer... actually, I can't even call it "service"... in the entire modern era. I signed up for service and after four days, I’m trying to cancel it. I say “trying” because canceling seems impossible. I talk to someone about it and they send me to a tech support person in another country who keeps asking me to troubleshoot. Four days after signing up, with my card charged but no service, I really don't care if the $80 is gone. There’s been no internet and I just want to end this. Please, Frontier, just keep the money and cancel the service. I must have done something awful, Lord. I can't understand why a company as big as Frontier would dig its own grave like this, clearly trying to go bankrupt.
