    Not sure what kind of offense would deserve the punishment Frontier

    Not sure what kind of offense would deserve the punishment Frontier imposes on its customers, but there’s definitely a place in the underworld where one endures this kind of torment. Honestly, this is the worst customer... actually, I can't even call it "service"... in the entire modern era. I signed up for service and after four days, I’m trying to cancel it. I say “trying” because canceling seems impossible. I talk to someone about it and they send me to a tech support person in another country who keeps asking me to troubleshoot. Four days after signing up, with my card charged but no service, I really don't care if the $80 is gone. There’s been no internet and I just want to end this. Please, Frontier, just keep the money and cancel the service. I must have done something awful, Lord. I can't understand why a company as big as Frontier would dig its own grave like this, clearly trying to go bankrupt.

    If I could give zero stars, I would… this is the worst commuincation company I have ever had to deal with!!! It all started in July 2024, my service was cut off because of some billing issue, I was on autopay, and something went wrong with their system that didn’t take payment!! I tried to sort it out with them, and they said it would take 2-3 days to get my service back. Totally unacceptable!! This is for my business WiFi, etc. I canceled the account and switched to Spectrum the same day, service was back up and running. I returned the Frontier equipment as per the return instructions, and thought everything was settled… but nope! Every month I kept getting bills. After multiple calls with customer service and billing, wasting hours talking to people who couldn’t do the simplest tasks, like closing my account, I get a letter today (2/27/2025) from a credit collection agency for $120 in outstanding fees. I called Frontier again, and they said they couldn’t do anything about it, just told me to dispute with the collection agency!! WTF, all because some employee at Frontier didn’t, or couldn’t do their job!! I told Frontier to check the recorded calls!! They said they couldn't do that!! FRONTIER, YOU ARE THE MOST INCOMPETENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH... CROOKS!!

    April 15, 2025.. We cancelled services on 3/18/25

    April 15, 2025.. We cancelled services on 3/18/25 with Frontier Communications because of NUMEROUS billing mistakes. The day after we cancelled, a $450 charge showed up in our bank account. We called them (another hour on the phone) and got the $450 refunded, but they never gave us a reason for the charge. Three weeks after disconnecting, we were charged AGAIN. We called and spoke to the rudest customer service representative I’ve EVER spoken to! She yelled at us, saying their records don’t show we discontinued services. I told her I have the dates and times of our conversations...yes, I kept my own notes too! Avoid Frontier Communications. If you don’t, watch your bank account closely. Frontier is all about “catch me if you can.”
