No more fights over connection time! After 6 months, I can say their customer service is top-notch—quick, efficient, and always friendly. A refreshing change from other providers in central Texas. We own an RV and plan to travel, so we’re getting a second router for our sons staying home. For home use, I suggest a good AP router to boost the signal. Mine was $16 and covers our 3-bedroom house. Heard there's a firmware update coming soon for even better coverage. On good days, we get up to 400mbps down and 10 up. Even on bad weather days, it’s 130 down and 6 up, way better than the old 6 down and 1 up options.
