Link was very professional.
Link was very professional. Kind, clear, and provided good info. It would be nice to see more team members like them. I gave 4 stars because your company isn't offering any deals or promos for old customers right now. Link deserves 5 stars alone, but the 4 is for how the company treats returning customers unfairly.

Sy was great!
Sy was great! I recently had my personal details stolen and had to freeze my accounts. Sy assisted me in keeping my service active while I waited for my new cards. Sy also checked my account history and gave me tips on how to customize my phone service better and save some cash. That's what I call good customer service!

I had issues with my device losing RCS
I had issues with my device losing RCS chats and getting disconnected. I reached out to customer service via the chat, and the agent was very patient with me. They tried a few different solutions to resolve the problem. After several attempts, they were able to fix it. I am very happy with the service I got from twigby.

I switched both my wife's phone and mine from
I switched both my wife's phone and mine from Verizon without any issues. I followed the instructions and also "chatted" with a Twigby rep who helped me with all my questions. I'm now excited to save at least a hundred dollars every month!!!
