Truehost is great.
Truehost is great. I’ve used Truehost since 2020 when I hosted my first site, and I’ve hosted more than 20 sites with them now. They are skilled, and the thing I really appreciate is their friendly customer service. They don’t make you wait and solve any problem super fast. Thank you. More will come.

I can now suggest TrueHost's service. The support was a bit slow, but my .net application is finally running. I want to thank agent Japet who managed the problem after a 10-day wait. However, please work on speeding up your ticket response time.

I would give Truehost 4 stars
I would give Truehost 4 stars, but the customer service is hard to reach by phone. It can take a long time to get through to an agent, and sometimes you don't get an answer at all. It’s a bit of a hassle when you need quick support.

I've supported TrueHost for years, hosting multiple
I've supported TrueHost for years, hosting multiple client sites with them. Recently, however, my experience has turned poor. Their support is slow, with unanswered tickets. Website speeds are sluggish, even for simple sites. Server problems aren't fixed quickly, and phone support has long wait times. I'm nearly ready to move on from their services.

This company has really disappointed me.
This company has really disappointed me. I have a basic problem that has been going on for over two weeks, and despite multiple calls, the support team does not seem to care. The quality of their headsets is so poor, all you can hear is a constant noise in the background.
