Monica was polite, professional, and easy to work with. She knew exactly what she was doing and was very friendly while helping me sort out a billing issue after I changed my credit card. ALEX was really helpful!! I had trouble sending emails from my tablet, so I went to T MOBILE, but the clerk couldn’t fix it. We then called IONOS and spoke to ALEX. He walked us through the solution, and now everything is working. He was patient, clear, and very kind. I’m so glad I got to talk to him. Thanks ALEX!!!
