    Great place to stay.

    Great place to stay. The wood burning fireplace with the provided wood was really nice. What's even better is that the rental agent was close by, offering full maintenance and housekeeping services.

    Had a good time this trip

    Had a good time this trip. Stayed here for many years. This time was my best stay and the most comfy room. Would reccomend.

    The team at Frias is wonderful!

    The team at Frias is wonderful! They were really helpful and went the extra mile to assist us. However, the unit could use some attention. Several blinds in the bedrooms were broken, and the toilets require a longer flush time, taking around 45-60 seconds to properly flush. The kitchen utensils and pots also need replacing, and one of the mattresses didn’t fit the bed frame well. Despite the great location, I think the unit could use a refresh considering the price.

    The place is comfortable and tidy.

    The place is comfortable and tidy. It’s in a nice location, close to Aspen center and nearby shops. However, the property doesn’t have an in-house washer/dryer. There is a washer/dryer downstairs in the main building, just around the corner, but it requires coins ($2/load). I also think it would be better if they offered a Keurig coffee maker and k-cups instead of just a regular coffee maker. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for our two-night visit.

    The location was really good

    The location was really good, and the size of the apartment was more than I thought it would be. However, the beds were not in great condition, they were quite old and uncomfortable. The apartment itself is a bit aged but kept in decent condition. The cleaning could also use some improvement.
