My first experience with Crystal Cruise
My first experience with Crystal Cruise was enjoyable and definitely worth it. The ship itself is very nice, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service and staff. They were always attentive, constantly checking to see if anyone needed something, and it never felt like they were stressed or overwhelmed, which is something we’ve noticed on other cruises. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. No task was too much for them. Everyone, from the waiters to the maintenance team, greeted us with smiles and a friendly hello. Our butler (Romeo) assured us that this cruise would change how we viewed cruising, and we can see why. After many years of cruising with different lines, this experience really stood out. From the moment we boarded, things went smoothly. Registration was easy, and we went straight to the Trident Grill, a beautiful spot on Deck 12 with colorful cushions, plants, and a covered glass ceiling. Our cabin was ready when we arrived, and one suitcase was already waiting on the bed, with the second delivered shortly after. The room was comfortable, though a bit tight on closet space due to the safe inside. However, we managed to store everything, and the suitcases fit easily under the bed. The robes were cozy, and there were slippers provided. The mini-fridge had sodas, and a bottle of champagne was waiting on the table. Our cabin stewards, Pricilla and Dee, were kind and very helpful. The room also had an iPad with access to everything we needed, including information, bookings, movies, TV shows, magazines, and newspapers. The internet was the best we’ve ever had at sea.
