I was searching for round trip flights from the US to Australia and came across Fly Luxury. Their representative, Nick Coleman, answered my inquiry quickly. He offered various prices and choices. His rates for 1st & business class were the best we found. We had worries about layover times and customs, but Nick assisted us. He gave us the seating chart, and we chose our seats. He took our airline numbers and now all our itineraries are on the airline’s website. We are eager for our first class journey. Thanks to Nick, we are looking forward to our flight and our first visit to Australia!

I was searching for Business class flight deals to Switzerland since flying Economy has been a letdown recently. I have to admit, I was unsure at first, because I wasn’t sure about an online travel agency. But after speaking with Steve from FlyLuxury and securing a great deal for a Business class ticket on Swiss airlines, I can honestly say I’ll never go back to Economy. Spent a long time searching for flights from Sarasota to Singapore/Hong Kong back to Sarasota and just got a big mess of info and nothing booked. Prices were kinda high too. I came across FlyLuxury.com after typing “flights to Singapore” in Google. First I was messaging with Michael, then we talked on the phone and I got 2 round trip tickets. He made things simple, walked me through stuff step by step, and helped with the online buying. Got what I needed without much confuzion.

Aiden was just wonderful! When Mario wasn’t around, he passed me on to Aiden, and I’m so glad he did. Aiden made sure I was well looked after, like I was one of his own. I had some issues with my credit card, but he stayed calm and was really understanding as I sorted things out with AMEX. Because of Aiden, I’m now all set for my trip with no worries at all!

We had the same problem with the airlines about AMEX payments like last year with foreign airlines. Mario was sick at home with the flu but stayed pacient and helped us, sending payment links three times untill the flight was booked. There will be 7 people in this group, and he was very helpful to everyone.
