The service I've received from Cruise1st has been very good. I made an inquiry about a Virgin Voyages cruise, mostly out of interest, with no real plan to book. But after some emails and talks with Farah, I ended up booking not just one but 2 cruises! I can be a bit of a difficult customer, asking for promotions and changing my plans, but they handled it all without a problem. This was a nice change from my experience with Destination2, who seemed uninterested once they had my deposit. Farah stayed in touch even while on holiday, and when she was away, Martin took over and was just as helpful, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I needed for my (now 3!) cruises. Plus, they managed to get me a great deal. I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely book with Cruise1st again.

I’ve been booking with Cruise 1st for a long time now and have always found them to provide great service, reasonable prices, and a joy to work with. I’ve worked with Michelle Darcy for over 5 years and she deserves 5 stars for her friendliness, expertise, and how quickly she handles everything. She always gets back to me right away with a call or email. She is definetely an asset to the team!
