    I’m never buying from them again!

    Ordered from this place a few times and usually loved the stuff. This time, though, I got two pairs of shorts and needed to return one. Their policy says they'll reply within 24 hours when you request a return. It's been since Monday, February 24, and all I've gotten is them asking for more info, which I gave them already. I mentioned in every request that I wanted to return a pair of shorts! Sent four requests now and they keep asking the same questions—if I’m returning or exchanging and what item it is. Now it's almost Saturday, March 1, and my 7-day return window is closing. After that, I'm stuck with these shorts! Their customer service is a joke and I’m never buying from them again!

    I've been struggling for two

    I've been struggling for two days just to get a return label, wasted over 8 hours just going through their complicated return rules. There's a 7-day window for refunds and I followed their size chart perfectly, spending $430 in total. Tried calling customer service multiple times and even sent emails, but it's like hitting a wall. This company is a nightmare. All the clothes I bought will be photographed before sending back, and I've even got a picture of the label stamped at the post office. I'm determined to get my money back. So frustrated. Avoid shopping here. Seriously, check the reviews and policies before buying. They make returns impossible and have other branches too.

I reached out to customer service through Facebook, and after what seemed like an endless exchange of messages, they finally said I could return the jeans. But here’s the kicker: they wanted photos of everything, from receipts to the jeans themselves, and I had to pay for the return shipping. Plus, the refund would take weeks. With so many other shops out there, I’d suggest steering clear of this one.

    Returning something to this company

    Returning something to this company is a bit of a nightmare. I had to send back a pair of jeans and it was such a hassle. First, I had to email them within a week just to start the process. They needed a picture of the packing slip. Then, they decide if I can return it and give me an address. Once I sent it back, they wanted a hardcopy photo of the packing slip and the shipping receipt. Seriously? I’m paying for shipping and they still want all this paperwork. It’s like they make it so complicated on purpose. If you're buying from them, be absolutely sure it fits perfectly, or you'll be stuck dealing with this mess.

    Ordered something back on December

    Ordered something back on December 11th, 2024 and never got it. Reached out to customer service and they said it was delivered but I never saw it. No one around me got it either. Told them, and they offered to resend it. Gave them another shot, still nothing. Now they’re saying they’ll only refund 70% because of shipping costs. If I’d gotten my order, no problem with the shipping cost, right? But here I am, out of luck and money. Also, heads up, their site shows up as coatpop.com too. Pretty frustrating experience, and I bet I’m not the only one dealing with this mess.

    Such a letdown

    So, I ordered these pants, and while they were alright, they just didn’t wow me. Thought returning them would be straightforward, especially since I was within the seven-day window they mentioned. But guess what? I had to cough up $30 for return shipping! And then, they docked another $20 just for returning the pants. Can you believe that? That’s $50 gone, and I’m left with nothing to show for it. Their return policy is just ridiculous, and folks should definitely know before buying. With policies like this, I’m steering clear in the future. Such a letdown.

    Last year, I ordered something

    Last year, I ordered something and paid for it, but I'm still waiting for it to show up. It's been months, and I've emailed them a few times with my order number, hoping for some response, but nothing. At this point, I'm just really frustrated. Sixty bucks isn't a small amount to just disappear into thin air. I just want my money back. If they can't manage to send what I ordered or even reply to my messages, I think I'm left with no choice but to take this up with the Better Business Bureau. It’s disappointing to deal with such bad service.

    Total nightmare

    Man, dealing with this company has been a total nightmare. So, I dropped some weight recently, right? My jeans ended up too big, so I tried to send them back. But these folks? They keep saying the tracking number is off or I sent it to the wrong address. Like, come on, FedEx handled it for me! They just keep pointing fingers at me and, guess what, still no refund. It’s been ages, and I'm stuck with jeans I can't wear. Honestly, save yourself the headache. Their stuff isn’t worth the hassle. Avoid them if you can.

    I placed an order on September 16, 2024, and there was no warning about the item being out of stock. Days went by, and I heard nothing. Had to send them an email myself to find out what's happening. Turns out, they won't even have it restocked until October 14, 2024. And that's not even counting shipping time. Really feels like they should be more transparent about stock levels so people know what they're getting into. Waiting this long without any heads-up just seems off. Feels like they’re hiding something.

    I ordered a pair of jeans back in September and got them just fine last week. Feeling optimistic, I decided to buy two more pairs in December, spending over $100. But here we are in January, and still no jeans. I’ve sent a couple of messages to their customer service and all I got was a "ticket" saying they’re looking into it.     Ordered back in early December

    Ordered back in early December, got a notification it was delivered mid-January. But it wasn’t delivered to me. Reached out to customer service to figure out who the carrier was. Asked three times, never got an answer. They promised to rush out a replacement order. Just got another notice saying it was delivered. Guess what? Still didn’t show up at my place. No idea where it went or who delivered it. This has been a nightmare. I wouldn’t recommend dealing with this company at all.

    I placed an order last

    I placed an order last December, and here I am, still waiting for it. The payment went through—my account statement shows it clearly. I’ve tried reaching out to their customer support multiple times, even sent them a copy of the order with proof of payment. But guess what? No response, nada. It’s like they vanished. I’m so frustrated and don’t know what else to do. Just want my order or at least some kind of update. Feels like they don’t care about their customers at all.

    I ordered some capris on

    I ordered some capris on March 17, and here we are, April 13, still nothing. Feels like forever! Their clothes are super cute, no doubt, but this wait is crazy. I’m starting to wonder if they’ll ever show up. Really hoping they’re worth it when they do. Almost a whole month, though? Not sure I’d go through this again.     I decided to buy something from this company back in December. Never got it. They claimed it was my fault, which was annoying. I asked for a refund and it’s now almost the end of February.
