I reluctantly share this negative review as my experience has been frustrating. Two months after placing an order, promises to send the items remain unfulfilled. Despite engaging in 31 email exchanges, a simple solution has eluded us. The brand, once favored, has undergone a disappointing decline in customer service. This stark contrast to the positive experiences I had with them a few years ago is disheartening, leaving me thoroughly dissatisfied.

Disappointed with the company's

Disappointed with the company's inability to furnish basic stringer measurements after multiple inquiries. The actual product differed significantly from the advertised black/grey camo, featuring an unpleasant green, blue, and purple color scheme. Attempts to communicate the issue through email with accompanying pictures were met with silence.

Ordered from this company ages ago, still haven't got my stuff. Can't even get a reply after I've bugged them with loads of messages. They used to be alright, but now it feels like they're just taking my cash and not giving me anything back. It's just not right!

Really poor customer service.

I placed an order a month ago and still haven't got my stuff. I tried emailing them and using their website, but no reply at all. I'm starting to think this company might be a scam! Definitely stay away from them at all costs.
