I really enjoy the app. The only thing that needs some improvement is the pre-survey survey. The same questions keep popping up like my gender or race is going to change. This info should be automatically filled in when you start a survey. Having to type it in again and again is a waste of time and frustrating, especially when you don't qualify for a survey.

Earn Haus is a cool way to earn some extra cash. At first, I wasn't sure because some survey sites are scams, but I got paid a few times through PayPal. 😊 The problem is some surveys are glitchy or require buying or subscribing to something, which is confusing. The JP Morgan surveys are usually glitchy, so I skip them lol. Besides that, I've been paid for every other survey I've done, so it's legit. I'd suggest it to anyone wanting to earn a bit extra.

I am having a big issue. I sent my W9 form to earn haus.com. When I try to send it, their site doesn’t load. I have downloaded and filled out the form, but I can’t send it as a PDF. If they could check my inbox and review the document, that would help. I will keep trying to send it, but this is delaying my fund transfer into my account. I have given permission for earn haus to view these forms that have been filed and signed by me.

The app is okay for earning some extra cash. My only issues are that after completing several surveys and reaching 10 or 20 dollars, it sometimes doesn't redirect me, and my balance resets to zero. Also, there should be more ways to redeem rewards, like offering more prepaid visa cards instead of just a lot of e-cards.

You keep sending out WAY TOO many surveys all the time - it felt like too much! Most of the surveys I tried to access would just say Survey Closed. The few that I did get into, I rarely qualified to complete. Not really worth my time, unfortunatly.

Earn Haus is decent, but earning $10.00 took longer than expected. Requested verification codes in November, faced a delay, but received them after reaching out in January. However, qualifying for opportunities seems challenging.

Dey do pay out timely and d minumum payout is only $5 but it takes a while to make much as it seems all d higher paying surveys I never qualify for and pretty much all of my attempts dat were in review ended up being rejected.

I am not able to finish a survey. Let me set it straight. I did 4 surveys quickly then that fifth one took 24 hours to get then my camera doesn't take good enough pictures so have to wait 7-10 days to get a postcard to verify myself for first pay out. So I decided to keep doing the surveys to build my $ up but have yet been able to finish my 6th one and it's been days. They say you get paid a lil something for a partial survey, that's not exactly true either, I say I have gotten paid 3 times for partials. It's not just this sight either, it's all of them. Good luck but don't hold your breath.

I enjoy earn Haus, and would have give 5 stars, as I was paid in a timely fashion. I'm only giving 2 stars because there is no customer service phone number. They directed me to: support@earnhaus, and one I do that there is no website or information.
