    I went to driveway.com to

I went to driveway.com to check out a truck for $26,000. My credit score is 767, so I thought it would be smooth. First, they said I was approved with $500 down. Then they ran my credit again and told me it’s $1000 down. They did it again, and it jumped to $1800, then $5000 down with $750 monthly payments. It was frustrating and felt like a scam. So, I ditched them and headed to a local dealership in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Ended up getting a 2020 GMC Sierra 1500, fully loaded, 4x4 for $35,000. The interest rate was 6.79%, and my monthly payment is $650 with zero down. Much happier with this deal!

    this car dealership really

Man, this car dealership really got me riled up. I took my 14-year-old car in, thinking they’d give me a fair shot. It’s been garage-kept for nearly 4 years, so hardly any wear and tear. They snapped a million pictures and then some rep comes up saying there's a crack in the fender. What crack?? There isn't one! Then they had the nerve to offer me just 300 bucks. Seriously? Even if my car was falling apart, I’d expect more than that. It's the same old shady tactics, like they think they can pull a fast one on everyone. Honestly, steer clear of these guys. Typical car dealers, can’t trust 'em.

    Man, dealing with this company

Man, dealing with this company has been a nightmare. It’s mid-December and I’ve been waiting since early November for my car. They keep saying my paperwork is done and even offered to cover my first payment, but nothing’s been delivered yet. They even gave me a tracking number, but it hasn't moved. Now I’m stuck with a late payment and a car just sitting there. Traded in my old car, which wasn’t too bad, and now I’m forced to take cabs to work every day. Got all the messages and proof for a claim. Not even a test drive. Be careful if you’re thinking about doing business with them.

    I walked into the dealership

I walked into the dealership feeling hopeful, thinking I'd get a fair deal. Diana was the salesperson who came up to me, and it started off alright. But then things took a turn. She told me that the offer on my car was lower because of the exhaust modification. Okay, I thought, maybe I can just swap it back to stock. But then she said, "Never mind, it doesn't matter." What? Felt like I was getting the runaround. It was frustrating and confusing. I expected honesty, but what I got was just a bunch of mixed messages. It's hard to trust a place that can't keep their story straight.

I bought a car from Driveway

I bought a car from Driveway, and it’s been a rough ride. The car came from out-of-state, and I was shocked to find damage that wasn't mentioned anywhere - not in the description, Carfax, or photos. It's been four days since I reported this issue, and despite their promise to call within 24 hours, no one has contacted me. I'm frustrated with the lack of follow-up. For such a big company, you'd expect better service. This whole situation is a huge red flag. If you're thinking of buying from them, be very careful. So far, they haven't shown any effort to fix their mistake.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with Driveway. They delivered the wrong car—a basic model instead of the premium plus I ordered. The windshield was broken, the car was dirty, and they didn't provide the temporary registration or plates. I couldn't drive it for over a month. When I tried to return it within seven days, they demanded $1700. After arguing, they finally agreed to take it back, but it took six months! They even messed up my credit, claiming I didn't pay for the car. Now I'm stuck going to court to fix this mess. Driveway is a nightmare; avoid them at all costs.

    Definitely not happy

So, here's the deal. I got my car, right? And what do I see on the dashboard? A check engine light. Seriously, not something they mentioned when I was checking it out. I tried to switch it for another car, but they wanted me to pay a transfer fee. Really? I mean, it’s not like I’m asking for a favor; they gave me a car with issues! The whole process felt shady, like they weren’t upfront at all. I felt like they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me. This whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Definitely not happy with how they handled things.

    I had a mixed bag

I had a mixed bag with my experiences. First time, I got a great car from Planet Honda, and it was all smooth sailing. But the second time? Total disaster. They gave me a Hyundai Sonata that was a mess. Backup camera didn't work, spark plugs drenched in oil, and one rim was bent. None of this was mentioned upfront. They even gave me the runaround when I tried to get a refund. Honestly, steer clear of the DCH family of dealerships. Compared to that, Carvana was pricier, but totally worth it. Their cars are in way better shape and the service is top-notch.

    I had the worst experience

I had the worst experience with customer service. I reached out three times via email and even texted the number that had contacted me, but got no response at all. The documents we received had my husband’s middle name spelled wrong, which is ironic because it's David, and the guy who sent the documents is also named David! Seriously, how does that happen? We’ve been trying to get the corrected documents, but no one is getting back to us. It's so frustrating to be ignored like this. I just want to get this sorted out, but it feels like no one cares.

    Sold my truck to this

Sold my truck to this company, or at least I thought I did. Filled out all the paperwork, sent my signed title through UPS, and even took a day off work for the scheduled pickup on Monday. Waited all day, but no one showed up. Called several times, got reassured the driver was still coming. Spoiler: they never did. Not a single call or update until I left a message demanding my title back. Totally frustrating and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

    I had a really rough

I had a really rough time with Driveway. Bought a van, then got told a week later it couldn't be sold cause it failed inspection. Should have taken that as a red flag. But I went for another car, which took a whole month to get. Zero updates in between. When it finally arrived, I had to shell out $2100 for front wheel bearings and new tires. The whole experience was just a mess. It feels like Driveway and Lithia Motors don't communicate at all, or maybe they just don't care. Either way, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Steer clear!

    I bought a brand new

I bought a brand new Toyota Rav4 2024 and right from the start, the sensors were acting up. They said it would be fixed right away, but here I am, a month later, still waiting. Every time I drive on the highway, I feel unsafe because none of the safety sensors are working. I've reached out multiple times, but nothing has been done. This whole experience has been so frustrating. I thought I was making a smart choice, but dealing with Driveway has been a nightmare. It's disappointing and honestly makes me regret ever buying from them.

    I had a pretty frustrating

I had a pretty frustrating experience with this company. My car showed up damaged and after what felt like an eternity of phone calls and emails, I’m still stuck with no solution. It’s been over a month now and I haven’t gotten the title or any proof of the extended warranty I paid for. Honestly, dealing with them has been a nightmare. I’m worried they’ve taken my trade-in, my money, and a whole lot of my time. I definitely wouldn’t recommend using them. It’s just been one big hassle after another with no end in sight.

    Buying a car from Driveway

Buying a car from Driveway was such a mess. After I paid, it took over 8 weeks to get the vehicle registered. The 7-day warranty was pointless since the car just sat there for nearly two months. Neighbors kept asking why my new ride was just collecting dust. To top it off, it came without floor mats and a second key fob. When I asked about it, they basically told me tough luck. Honestly, should be called Disaster.com instead. This whole experience was beyond frustrating. Wouldn't recommend Driveway to anyone.

    I was looking to buy

I was looking to buy my first car, had my eyes on a $13k vehicle, and was ready to put down $2000. Thought everything was good since I got pre-qualified. Guess what? They straight-up declined me. It's nuts 'cause other places approved me for $25k, but their cars weren't even that nice. And this place had exactly what I wanted. I know pre-qualification doesn't mean full approval, but still, felt like a done deal. So frustrating! Feels like they dangled a nice car in front of me just to pull it away.

    I had a really frustrating

I had a really frustrating experience with the dealership in Walnut Creek, CA. Right after I bought the car, the air conditioner wasn’t working. Took it back, and they said they checked for leaks and just topped off the refrigerant. Two months later, the AC quit again, and they refused to fix it this time. Ended up taking it to a Ford service center, and it cost me $2400 to get it properly repaired. Not happy at all with how the dealership handled this. Definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

    I can't believe how bad

I can't believe how bad this whole thing turned out. First, it took a whole month just to get the car delivered. And then, guess what? No temporary tags. Had to wait another week just for those to show up. If only I'd checked Trustpilot before buying, maybe I could have avoided this mess. The car itself? Full of broken parts. Now I'm stuck dealing with returning it, and it's just a huge hassle. Seriously, save yourself the trouble. This place is not worth it. Wish I'd known better.

    I ordered something yesterday and

I ordered something yesterday and no one got back to me. I called twice, and after the second call, the customer rep told me I needed a co-signer and then checked my credit score again! I already sent all my info and they reviewed it, so why check again? Now I have two hard inquiries in a single day. This is ridiculous and feels like a scam. Definitely don’t recommend them.

I tried to get help and reached out to Malik, Amanda, and Matt but no one bothered to reply. It's really frustrating because it's clearly their fault and they just ignore it.
