When I was looking for a mover, I checked online for quotes, and someone at America First was the first to reach out and leave a voicemail. I spoke with a lady there, and she was very good. I didn’t feel like she was just trying to sell me anything. She was quick to respond. Anytime I called her, she would always pick up. That made me feel confident in using America First. She was easy to deal with. I gave her the list of things I needed moved, and she gave me a price and said, “Once you’re ready, let me know.” I took pictures of all my stuff and measured things. After I sent those over, she gave me a good estimate that seemed really fair to me. We set a moving date, and America First told me, “You’ll get a call.” They called me on time at 10 in the morning and let me know when they’d arrive. The movers showed up as promised and worked very hard. They were the hardest-working guys and very friendly too. They moved me from the city to Upstate New York, and they even got to the house before I did. That’s how fast they were. I highly recomend them. I don’t usualy say this about companies, but America First was really great, and I’ve told lots of people about them.

I really like America First Moving. They are my go-to movers. Their team is great. We faced a couple of issues since we live on post. However, when they arrived at our place, they packed our things and had it all done in about three and a half to four hours. They worked quickly. They were careful with our belongings and asked many questions. They wanted to ensure everything was okay on my side and on theirs.

Their focus on the small things stood out, and they worked hard to make sure I was happy with the results. I really appreciate their service and all they did to help.

This company hires out their movers, so the movers aren't who you thought. On delivery day, they said the truck was "to big for my area." They charged me an extra $580. When I got mad and said no, two "managers" were rude, refused to help, and gave the worst service I've ever had. I'm 57 and know bad service. I think they underbid and made it up with delivery. Quoted $3300, paid $4000.00

While the sales team projected friendliness, customer service responsiveness plummeted post-deposit. My optimism for an honest moving service was shattered. I strongly advise others to bypass the stress and opt for a U-Haul. The experience highlights the importance of transparency and reliability in the moving industry, qualities this service lacked.

When I raised the issue, their response was shockingly disrespectful. This unprofessional behavior and failure to fulfill the agreed-upon services have left me thoroughly dissatisfied with their moving service. Not recommended for reliability and professionalism.
