    I had a really frustrating

I had a really frustrating experience with Drive Roadside App. Someone used my email to get their services, and since I don't even have an account, I couldn't reach out to anyone to report the fraud. I tried replying to the invoice email, but it bounced back with an automated message saying replies were blocked. To make things worse, there was no phone number or any other contact info on their website. It's annoying that they don't have any way to report fraud. The survey they sent me was my only chance to share this issue, which seems like a huge oversight on their part. They really need to improve their customer support and security measures.

    Beware

I'm just trying to get an itemized receipt for a towing service I paid for, right? You'd think it'd be simple. Nope. I've called these guys at least a dozen times, and it's like talking to a wall. Their customer service? Total disaster. I even spoke to a few supervisors who promised they’d email it to me, but guess what? Nothing. It's like they're allergic to actually helping people. I can't tell if they don't have a system or just don't care. If you love getting the runaround and repeating yourself a million times, then this is the company for you. But if you value your sanity, steer clear of them.

    I called this company for

I called this company for a jump start, and when they told me it’d be $199, I was shocked. I mean, that’s a lot just to get a car started, right? But we were stuck, and there weren't many options. The guy who came to help was really great, though. He was friendly and knew exactly what he was doing, which made the situation a bit better. Still, that price was just too much, and it left a sour taste. I expected a fee, but not one that high. It's hard to justify that kind of money for a jump start, even with the good service. Wouldn’t go this route again.

    Man, what a mess. They

Man, what a mess. They initially told me it’d be 89 minutes, which was already pushing it. 90 minutes pass, so I call, and they say another 25 minutes. Fine, whatever. But then 30 more minutes go by, I check in, and now it’s 20 more minutes. I’m getting pretty frustrated, but what can you do? Then 45 minutes later, they say 8 minutes. It's just ridiculous. I'm on hold again now, waiting for the next update, which will probably be another phantom time. This whole thing has been nothing but a runaround. Don’t waste your time.

    I had a bad experience

I had a bad experience with Roadside Assistance. They charged me $776 just to fix a flat tire! That's insane! Then, when I tried to sort it out, my bank said I needed to talk to Roadside Assistance directly. So, I left two messages but never heard back from them. They were quick to take my money but super slow to give it back. I've gotten two refunds, but I'm still waiting on the third one. This whole thing has been super frustrating and I just want my money back. Definitely won't use their services again!

    Definitely worth it!

The other day, my car decided to break down in the middle of nowhere. I didn't want to pay extra fees, so I just Googled "roadside assistance near me" and found a local company. Honestly, it was way cheaper than using a middleman service. They showed up pretty fast, and the whole thing was way less stressful than I thought it would be. If you want to save some money, just do a quick search yourself. It's really not that hard, and you'll avoid those extra charges. Definitely worth it!

    I ordered gas delivery and

I ordered gas delivery and waited all day, probably around 8 to 10 hours. No one showed up, and the driver never picked up his phone. Frustrated, I called customer service to get a refund since no one came. They agreed to the refund but then slapped me with a $49 cancellation fee. I didn't cancel; they just never showed up! So, I ended up wasting a whole day and still got charged. Honestly, it was a horrible experience. Feels like they just don't care about their customers.

I tried to cancel a service

I tried to cancel a service I didn't need right after I requested it online. Got a text saying it was cancelled, but then I saw a $200 charge on my credit card. Called customer service and they said I should have called to cancel, and the tech claimed he did the job. Felt like I was being scammed. Why is it so hard to just cancel something? Next time, I'll go with Better World Club. They offer the same service, and it's free. Not dealing with this nonsense again.

    Man, what a day! Needed

Man, what a day! Needed a tire repair and ended up waiting for a total of 4 hours. First guy couldn't even come onto the military base 'cause he had an active warrant or something. Then, they told me the next repair guy was just 20 minutes away. Cool, right? Nope. Another 2 hours passed and still no sign of him. Got so frustrated, I think it would have been faster to walk to a store, buy a jack and fix the tire myself. What a mess!

    I was in a bit

I was in a bit of a jam and needed help, so I tried using this service. The app said someone was just 5 minutes away, which sounded perfect. But then, out of nowhere, they canceled on me. I was left scrambling to find someone else to come to my rescue. The whole experience was super frustrating, and the app just gave me false hope. Honestly, I can't recommend this service to anyone.

    I was driving on Highway

I was driving on Highway 1, near Kensington exit, when my car broke down. Called this company for help, and they charged me $200 just to tell me they’d sent my info to some towing company in Surrey. Waited 2 hours, nobody showed up. Ended up calling a different towing service in Burnaby. Seriously, what a waste of time and money. No help at all from them.
