60 second jump start

I had to wait 1.5 hours for some guy to pull up in his personal vehicle to jump out, hook a battery pack to my battery and tell me to start my car. That call lasted all of 60 seconds and cost me $199. I will never recommend this company to anyone as a source of assistance! I will be buying my own battery pack for future jumpstarts, if needed, for less that what that one jumpstart cost me. Lesson learned the hard way
