AVOID!
I sent a iPhone and iWatch to this company on 2nd July. They, as expected, lowballed the amount they offered for the devices even though they were kept in cases and covers since purchase. After a back and forward and them upping the offer slightly, I accepted. However, after numerous calls and emails and being fobbed off with excuses, this morning I had the misfortune to speak to service representative Jodie TheLiar. I had received emails from Jodie TheLiar previously detailing payment was being processed. It is now well beyond the 7 day guaranteed payment window. I am left without items or payment. After Jodie TheLiar having just slammed the phone down after asking to speak to her manager or a complaints department, I just spoke to Wendy TheBuckpasser. Wendy detailed 'theres nothing I can do", it has been escalated to the payment team which are an external company! So, we have a team comprising of Jodie TheLiar, Wendy TheBuckPasser, MattTheBlameshifter who emailed days ago explaining payment would be made. Very disappointed, especially as this company was recommended by Martin Lewis. Update- Lucy contacted following my negative reviews on their social media posts and payment was made immediately. Lucy is a credit to this awful company and has a bright future in customer services. I only wish id spoken to her a week ago and saved myself 3 hours of calls and multiple emails. Poor experience with this company, having to chase payment and dealing with the very rude Jodie was not a pleasant experience. Not recommended and if you must use this company, ask to speak to Lucy, she's the only one with the ability to make payment it appears.
