I bought an engraving pen a while ago. I tried it out when it arrived and then set it aside for later use. Thankfully, I remembered to take it with me when we stored almost everything we had. A bit over a week ago, I wanted a creative outlet, so I took out the pen kit and decided to learn how to use it for various engraving projects. I began by engraving a few stones each day, but it seems I got a faulty pen. I reached out to the company and explained that I had hardly used it, but it stopped working. They checked my details and, even though their products are only covered for a year, their great company sent me a new pen kit! Few businesses offer this level of customer care these days. Had a problim.

Had a problim. With delivery compny Evri not delivering to the address but throwing order over a 6ft gate. Got intouch with Caliau store and they were absolutly fabulous, the engraving tool and drills are top class, a friend is now ordering one he thought it was well worth the price as well. Will be ordering more tools to go with mine. Caliau are going to send any orders I now order by royal mail. Excelent company to deal with

The company was really quick

The company was really quick to help us when our engraver didn't work. They fixed it fast and kept in touch with us. They gave us a new one, and now it's working fine. The person we gave the gift to is happy, and so are we with how they dealt with it.

A lot better than I thought.

A lot better than I thought. I had some doubts, but when I got the product, it worked fine. The battery died fast, but after I sent them a video showing the problem, they quickly sent a new engraver.

Today, I got the replacement

Today, I got the replacement engraving tool in the Netherlands. I appreciate Clara for keeping her promise to send me a new engraver after the first replacement tool got lost during delivery.

This company is good. They make quality stuff in the US and China. They really care about customers and making good products. I'm quite impressed and wish more folks knew about Culiau!

I find the company's offerings somewhat lackluster. While the pen is decent, it falls short of the advertised power, losing steam after 40 minutes and taking ages to recharge. Customer service was a letdown – unresponsive on their website, slow on Facebook, and when finally contacted via email, the representative provided inaccurate information. The lack of a hex key and carbide burr in the package added to the frustration. The dismissive attitude towards valid concerns indicates a disconnect between customer support and the product team, leaving a dissatisfying overall experience.
