AS STRANGE AS IT MIGHT SOUND, STRAIGHT OFF THE COW IS REAL, AND THE WORKMANSHIP AND LEATHER REALLY SHOCKED ME. I REALLY LIKE THIS ITEM AND WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT. After getting a 24" Weekender and being happy

After getting a 24" Weekender and being happy with its quality, I decided to get the 21" Weekender carry-on. It's a great bag for the price, and it arrived almost a week ahead of schedule. It made it just in time for my NYE trip, and it was exactly what I needed! Looks great and is very useful, well made, and as an extra bonus, I got two toiletry bags. Very happy with my purchase, I'll be back again.

The leather feels really good, and you can tell it was made with care. I almost forgot to ask for my initials, but I reached out by phone and email, and they got back to me super fast—on a Sunday too! They said it’s no problam and even sent me a picture of how the initials would appear. In just a few days, the bag showed up just like they said. I'm very happy with it.

The only problem I noticed is that they put his name on it, but it’s hard to see. They used the same color thread as the bag, so it’s almost invisible. They should have used a much lighter color.

Classy leather bags has an easy ordering and payment process with many options for payment. I have 4 classy leather bags. Two doubles, one briefcase, and one trolley. I am actually displeased with the trolley because the advertisement was a 44-inch rolling bag and it is way too small, very very small. I have not contacted Classy leather bags customer service about this, I can deal with what I have. I was disappointed. It was smaller than I expected.

The size of the bag is great, and the fact that it's lined adds a nice touch. However, the downside to this bag is the length at which the strap is cut. It would be more practical if the buckle were positioned differently. Currently, it hits the shoulder right at the chin, causing inconvenience when turning the head. Adding holes to adjust the strap is a solution, but it's unfortunate that it will also shorten the length.

I needed to recreate an old bag from the early 1900s, which was owned by my great grandfather. Classy leather Bags decided to help me out and they were realy good to work with. I'm really pleased with the bag they made! The quality is solid and they paid a lot of attention to the small details!

The bag looks good and has many handles and a shoulder strap. Only problem is the leather in some spots is very dry. Would be nice if they included a small bottle of leather conditioner and a smooth brush. Now I have to buy that.
