The leather bag I ordered arrived wrapped
The leather bag I ordered arrived wrapped in bubble wrap and squeezed into a FedEx envelope, leaving it looking less than ideal. Sending it back didn’t seem worth it, as the shipping fees from India were almost as much as the bag itself. The customer service team responded quickly, suggesting I fill it with paper to fix the shape. Sadly, that hasn’t solved the problm so far.

I'm disappointed with the quality of the leather, as it feels almost like plastic. This was my last order. Have a great day. Additionally, the tracking information provided was poor, to say the least.

I got the rolling leather bag. The handle won’t go up. Tried to email, chat, call. No one gets back to me. One number is from Mississippi (always busy). The other goes to someones voicemail. This store is a scam. Dont buy here.

When I contacted customer service, they claimed it's normal for natural leather, but the leather itself is low-quality and thin. They insisted I send it back to India for a refund, at my own cost. I won't be purchasing from them again. The product photos are deceptive.
