The technician was REALLY NICE!
The technician was REALLY NICE! His advice and understanding was great. A family member has a health concern, and he informed the security team about it- I hadn’t thought to mention it. He carefully looked over each device and made sure I understood how everything works. I got great service, and I’m happy I got to meet him. Thank you CPI!

Kesha’s help made my experience great. She didn’t guess, she asked clear questions and gave solutions that I hadn’t been told before for the problems I’ve been dealing with for months. If I had wanted to leave CPI, she would have been the reason I stayed because of her amazing customer service.
