Horrible experience
I had a very disappointing experience with HVAC Direct. I purchased an AC unit, expecting delivery within a week as stated on their website. Instead, I waited over eight weeks without receiving any updates. This delay significantly impacted my family's health, especially living in Florida where AC is essential.
During this time, HVAC Direct falsely claimed they had the unit in stock. To make matters worse, they canceled my order without informing me. I had paid for the unit through Bread Financial, which not only affected my credit but also led to a payment being taken despite not receiving the product.
When I tried to communicate with HVAC Direct, I encountered rude customer service and was simply told my order was canceled, without any explanation or attempt to rectify the situation. They refused to replace the unit, leaving my family to suffer in the heat.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would caution others against using HVAC Direct.
