I was very pleased with Cool Frames!

I was very pleased with Cool Frames! I only use glasses before bed, so I don’t buy new ones often. Sadly, my dogs chewed up my glasses, so I needed replacements fast. I tried ordering from the website I used years ago, but after more than two weeks of it saying "processing," I had to reach out. Most of their Kate Spade glasses were backordered, and they had no clue when they'd be available or shipped; their website didn't show any of this. I canceled and found Cool Frames while searching for a new site. Cool Frames had the same glasses at the same price, and it was easier to submit the prescription. They also send regular updates about the order, and I got my glasses quickly. They arrived perfectly and even came with a nice, high-quality case. I was very pleased with Cool Frames and will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Coolframes.com offers fantastic prices, great service, and excellent quality. I had to pay out of pocket because I used Insurance on Contacts. My eye doctor asked for nearly $400 for my glasses without insurance, so having a prescription from your eye doctor will save you loads on coolframes.com. They have namebrand and every style imaginable. I'm Joe from Ohio, a real person sharing my experience with this company. They really made sure I was happy. You order and they quickly put together your prescription glasses. If you're paying out of pocket, you'll save a lot of money with coolframes.com. I can personally guarantee a positive experience. Tamra has been THE GREATEST. She was really helpful when I ordered my glasses and shades. When they arrived, I found out the prescription was wrong. This was not CoolFrames' fault, it was the eye doctor's fault who checked me in Indiana. Even though it wasn't their mistake, they let me send my glasses back to be fixed for free. I'm still waiting on one pair, but the shades are awesome. Throughout the whole process, Tamra replied so quick every time (our email thread is about 40 emails long), she was really friendly and knowledgeable, and she surely knows her stuff. Amazing customer service.

Louise was really helpful! He helped me figure out how to get my prescription lenses in the Mykita Toshi Sunglasses frames I ordered that just arrived at my place. He walked me through picking the right lenses, how to send the frames back to Cool Frames for the lens fitting, and even made sure I still got the deal that was shown when I placed the order and was told I'd get! He also got back to me like he said he would after checking with his boss on some of my qustions. It all went really smooth and I’ll for sure get my next glasses from Cool Frames!

I ain't sayin' they're the best.

I ain't sayin' they're the best. But, I did drop some cash on some cool frames. Especially, a pair of Goliath ii's. It took over 3 1/2 weeks to come in. I sent a message about ten days in about the status, always got quick replies. I just wouldn't expect fast service. Also, while I do like my glasses, there are others that will complete the service faster, if you do a little diggin' on youtube. Overall, I got what I wanted, they responded when I asked questions, it took a lil' longer, but I got what I asked for.

My sunglases order was managed very profesionally and efficientlly. Sunglases were sent back in perfect condition and with prompt turnaroud, with adjustments being quite good. Both people I spoke to were nice and professional. Price for lens adjustment was quite fair.

I really like the Prada glasses

I really like the Prada glasses 😍 They seem to be real 👌 They might have some quirks? But for the cost, I'm still quite pleased 😊 When I add my prescription lenses, they can adjust them in the arms of the glasses! Totally worth it 😁

Recently, I got frames from Cool Frames, and had them filled at Costco. Then one of the rhinestones fell out of the frame. The company asked me to send the frames back and they would replace them which they did. I am very happy.

Got 2 pairs of glasses, one wasn’t ready right away

Got 2 pairs of glasses, one wasn’t ready right away. A guy emailed me asking if I’d wait or pick somthing else. I said I’d wait. He stayed in touch till they were ready. Ended up getting both pairs.

Where to begin? I ordered a pair of Cartier frames

Where to begin? I ordered a pair of Cartier frames with custom lenses on May 18. Lee mentioned it might take a few weeks longer due to customization. After a month, I contacted customer service for an update and was told it would ship the following week. By the end of June, still no frame. I called again and found out my lenses were damaged and needed to be redone. Now it's July. Lee contacted me personally, saying they received the lenses but they were made for the wrong frame. We kept in touch about the status. When I got the frame and lenses, the lenses were not good. The logo and my name were smudged, and the drill holes were uneven. The lens size was also wrong. Lee agreed with my issues, and I returned the frame at no cost. Lee sent it back to the lab to be remade. To make up for the trouble, Lee added a tint to my order for free. In August, after 4 months, I received my frame and the lenses looked great. I worked in an optical lab for 5 years, so I noticed the improvement. I also asked Lee about some sunglasses I wanted. Despite the long wait, Lee ordered them for me at no charge. He appreciated my patience and provided excellent customer service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the long wait.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is 'cause it takes a bit long to get the glasses. Took 'bout 3 weeks - maybe a few days more - but I paid $150 less than others. I'd recommend 'em and will use again. My advice: call customer service if buying a popular frame to make sure it's in stock. I didn't have this prob, but seems common.

Initially, I was worried after reading some reviews, but this was the only site offering international shipping for a pair not available in France, so I gave it a shot. Shipping took a while (ordered March 29th, got it April 22nd) but the glasses are cool. I'd buy again.

The customer service was ok, they applied my insurance to the order and kept me informed. I paid extra for polycarb glasses and anti-glare, but they scratched and chipped after just a few days. Now, a year later, they're peeling in spots, making it tough to see.

When they say shipping is included, they should mean it. I had to pay a big fee to UPS before they would hand over my glasses.
