Delivery is quick.

Delivery is quick. I run a commercial cleaning business and have ordered several machines from cleanfreak, and all have worked well. My latest purchase is the battery powered trusted clean Dura 20 auto scrubber. It’s very heavy!!! But it does a good job. Loading and unloading it from my trailer is a challenge, even with a ramp. I also have a trusted clean Dura 18 corded machine and a trusted clean 20-inch floor stripper/buffer. All have been good. It would be nice if you offered free shipping for orders over a certain amount. A rewards program would be a nice touch. A friend of mine also owns 3 trusted clean Dura 18 machines and is also pleased with them. Thanks cleanfreak. Good machines make work easier.

I ordered some equipment from this company’s website to be shipped directly to a hotel in a different state, where we were going to use it for a weekend job. I was honestly worried about the timing—if it didn’t arrive on time, the whole job would have been delayed for a week. Luckily, the equipment showed up on time, just like promised. The process went smoothly, dependably, and without any issues. I really value their quick service and will definitely order from them again. Also, the price for the equipment was awesome!!

They had a good amount of mashines to pick from and I found one that worked for me. From the moment I placed the order to when it came to my door, it was fast. I needed it right away and it showed up quick. The cost was simular to what other places charge. I'm glad we got the mashine we needed for a price we could handle and in the time we needed it. The representative, while friendly and helpful, apologized for the inconvenience and provided a shipping estimate. I'm giving 5 stars solely for the representative's excellent assistance in handling the situation.

I accidentally stumbled upon cleanfreak.com while searching for 20' burnishing pads for a high-speed burnishing machine. We didn't have the correct pads at my workplace, so I ordered a case of 5 for a little over 30 dollars, which is an incredible price! Clean freak is now my go-to site for cleaning supplies!

Clean Freaks did a great job cleaning my 2011 F150 for summer travel. They cleaned spots I couldn't reach and were careful with my stuff. Finished on time and at a good price. Better than a car dealer's cleaning. I like supporting local, young, honest business owners.

The good: I found everything I was looking for in one place. The prices were much better than what I saw anywhere else. The order arrived in less than two weeks. The items were just as they were described. The bad: The communication about shipping and tracking could use some improvement – maybe consider drop shipping? My order came in separate boxes. This might be a shipping issue, but three of the boxes were dirty and ripped apart. One item was packed dirty (not in a damaged box) – it was covered in a thick black dust and needed cleaning before use. Overall, the good parts outweigh the bad and I will order from CleanFreak again.

The shipping and all was fine! The unit was good for a few weeks then the motor gave out. Getting the parts with the warranty takes some time, so now I’m back to cleaning by hand. But I will say you just can't tell if a thing will hold up or not, and they got no issue helping you fix it. I’d still purchese. Company is handling the issue and like I said, you never really know what stuff is gonna keep working.

Da directions on da defoamer are unclear. Do I use da 2.5 oz of defoamer only mixed with water. Or do I use my own cleaning solution and pour da defoamer on the ground and suck it up with the floor scrubber cleaner I have the 17" wired floor scrubber.

Awful ordeal. Got a shampooer supposedly new, but turned out to be used, with the nerve to charge full price. Upon arrival, it was in shambles. Complained about it, and their brilliant suggestion was sending a photo of the broken plug. No response from the lady I talked to. Watch out for this shady business; they're not worth your time or money.

Well, got a problem with the company. Bought a floor scrubber for almost 3k. Part broke. They sent wrong replacement, took about a month. Got a new order for right part on Feb 21. Still hasn't arrived, no tracking. Got a small refund for trouble. But now I've got equipment I can't use, bought it 3 months ago.
