The app is really good, definitely one

The app is really good, definitely one of the best I’ve used. It’s quick, simple to use, and the privacy settings are great. I liked that I could choose the day, time, and price, and got multiple bids to pick from. Once the bids came in, it was nice to be able to message and send photos to decide which worker I liked best. Also, I appreciate that the app asks you to review the workers and requires them to post a photo showing they did a good job. Keep it up!

Nice app, very simple to use. I tried it for a small task (getting my plumbing fixed) and for a big remodeling project before putting my house on the market. I totally recommend this app.

I've been using this service for a few weeks

I've been using this service for a few weeks, and I've hardly received any leads for the high-demand services I offer. On top of that, you're not allowed to ask a potential client for their contact info just to better understand the job you're bidding on, even when you plan to complete the transaction through the app. You're also not allowed to share your own contact info for the same reason. So, I end up giving pricing that I’ll be stuck with, even if the job turns out to be more than what was described in a short message. This is not how I like to do business, and it's not good for either the client or the contractor! It can create a situation where some contractors may end up doing poor work because they’re losing money, or the client may not be satisfied and either refuse to pay or leave bad reviews. I had a customer reach out to me through the app saying he liked my price and wanted me for the job, but needed to delay things for a couple of weeks. I told him "I can't share my phone number here, so please message me when you're ready," and NOT ONLY WAS MY MESSAGE FLAGGED, BUT THE CONTACT VANISHED FROM MY ACCOUNT!!! This is GARBAGE!!!

I find it strange that all the reviews seem

I find it strange that all the reviews seem to be posted around the same time and each one gives 5 stars, but I can't find any real information. The app asks for bank details right away, even though it says you can enter them later, but you’re still forced to input them. So I guess I’ll never know if this is legitimate or not. When you search for All better on Google Play, it shows three different apps with the same exact reviews. I chose not to provide my bank info. I tried to sign up as an All better pro, but even though someone replied to this, they are referring to All better "field." My review is accurate since it's about the All better app, not the field. Same logo and everything. Another user mentioned something similar, so it seems like the 5-star reviews were likely made by the company itself.

I was asked for my bank info and social security number

I was asked for my bank info and social security number, and you took 20.00 from my account not once but twice. The app does not let me upload any before and after photos, and to charge me 44.00 you only have two clients for me to bid on. I have not received any responses from either bid yet. I need my money back; this seems like a scam! Quite disapointing!!
