I recently had a frustrating experience with this car rental company. I made an error in my booking and provided my flight details, thinking they’d spot the mistake. It was clear we couldn’t pick up the car before we landed. But no one helped us fix it, and we ended up losing £250. What’s the point of asking for flight details if they don’t check them? So disappointed with their service. Definitely won’t be using them again and would advise others to steer clear too.
