I write this review with a mostly positive result

I write this review with a mostly positive result (though not without some worries) from P&S/Emu. Yes, I did pay for express service, and yes, it didn’t arrive within a fair and reasonable time based on the Estimate time of arrival (ETA). Yes, I had some concerns, especially with my tight schedules and deadlines to meet. However, at the end of the day, P&S/Emu did manage to get my vehicle from Melbourne to Perth without any problems. The Depot Manager in Melbourne was very attentive and kept me updated. 10/10. The vehicle/equipment/driver 11/10, very professional/attentive/experienced. The Depot Manager in Perth 10/10, had many txt exchanges, even on weekends, and always replied. I picked my car up this morning at 8.30 am, and my wife and I are happy to be back on the road. Thanks P&S/Emu – my experience wasn’t perfect, especially with your customer service and the long transit times even though I paid for express, but my car arrived in good condition, and we are satisfied.

Stay away from this company

Stay away from this company – they shouldn’t be in business. I hired them to move my car to Broome, but after missing the scheduled date, I called them almost every day. They kept telling me a driver was assigned and would pick it up by “the end of the week” or “next week,” but this went on for 3 weeks with no progress. They’re also rude and seem very full of themselves when you actually manage to talk to them. I ended up picking up the car myself and gave it to someone I could trust. Don’t fall for a low price – once you add in the cost of renting a car for all the delays, it ends up being more expensive than using a reliable company. I’ll be reporting them to CP to make sure they don’t keep operating this way.

Had two failed attempts at getting my vehicle

Had two failed attempts at getting my vehicle picked up by PS for transport from Melbourne to Adelaide. The call center staff were unhelpful and quite rude. Never got a return call. Paid in full, but the service was terrible.
