    Booked Car Trawler via Ryanair. Prices were quite competitive, even cheaper than the previous year, perhaps due to Covid restrictions. The driver was there at the airport when we landed and surprisingly early on the way back, with different drivers and cars each time. Both drivers were friendly and helpful, and the cars were clean and spacious. I did have some concerns about the return driver showing up, so it was a relief that he arrived early. However, the website is a bit tricky to navigate. I wanted to confirm my return journey but struggled to do so. When I entered the booking reference number, it indicated that the voucher had been used, causing unnecessary worry.

    I would strongly advise against using this car rental service based on my recent experience. Unfortunately, this company’s customer service is non-existent once they have your payment. I traveled with my family, including a young child, to a foreign city late at night. When I arrived to pick up my rental car, I was told that my debit card would not be accepted, despite having received confirmation of the booking and having no prior notification about such a strict requirement. The staff was unhelpful, and no alternatives were offered. I was left stranded in an unfamiliar city with no transportation. What’s worse is the company’s complete lack of communication. I contacted customer support multiple times before my scheduled pick-up, but there was no response for three days. By the time I arrived, it was already too late to make any changes, and they refused to even try to resolve the issue, leaving me in a stressful and dangerous situation. This is not the first time I’ve rented a car, and based on my experience with many other companies, I can confidently say that any other rental service would have handled the situation better. In fact, I have rented cars from competitors who not only provided clear communication and helpful staff but also offered flexible solutions to problems that arose. This company, however, seems to be only interested in collecting your money, after which they abandon you completely. Despite my request for a partial refund, they refused, citing irrelevant rules and ignoring the fact that they failed to meet their obligations by not providing the service I had paid for. If you’re looking for a reliable company that cares about its customers, avoid this one. They only care about your money once the booking is made, and after that, you’re on your own. I’m highly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care. I will never use this service again, and I encourage others to look elsewhere for car rental needs.

Only after my trip did an email response reveal an unwillingness to reimburse for a minor time adjustment. Absurd experience over a 1-hour difference.

    Just got back from Italy and had to share my experience with this amazing rental company. The car? Spotless and ran like a dream. The staff? Super friendly and really knew their stuff. Everything was just smooth sailing. But here's a little tip for future travelers: when booking online, the site only showed an insurance option from some third-party that wasn't great. But, when I got to the rental office, they offered this awesome full-coverage deal for just OMR 113 a week. Wish I'd known about it upfront, would've saved me from paying double for insurance. And to top it off, I got an unexpected upgrade which was such a nice touch. It felt like they genuinely cared about making customers happy.     Getting the rental car was kind of a hassle. First, we had to take two shuttles just to get to the car, which was weird. It was midnight, and the place wasn't lit up well at all.     Traveling for work keeps me away from home a lot, so when my fiancée came to visit for Valentine's Day, I wanted to make it special. Even though it was cold, I decided to rent a convertible. The service we received was awesome - everyone was super nice and really patient with all my questions. We ended up with a 2024 Mini Cooper S convertible and had such a blast driving it around.
