When I went to Canterbury

When I went to Canterbury Timber Yard, I asked this young guy in the store about taking off glue from window tinting. He said De-solv-it might do the trick. I liked how nice and smart he was about his stuff. He also helped me with other things I needed. The whole gang there was super nice and knew their stuff. I reckon this store is great, and I'm excited for more DIY projects. Thanks a bunch for the help, Carl and Frank!

Despite assurances, no advance notice was given, and the promised morning delivery arrived in the afternoon without warning. To compound matters, the delivery team left the timber on the grass verge instead of the requested driveway location. This unexpected deviation forced me to relocate the materials myself. While the product quality met expectations, the delivery process lacked communication and adherence to instructions, making it a less-than-ideal experience that could benefit from improvement in logistical coordination.

I placed an online order and specifically requested a 3-meter call length. Unfortunately, the delivered order had no length specified (0 meters). The delivery driver used a large truck and couldn't bring the items to my door. Instead, the order was left far from my garage, and I had to manually transport the 210-meter timber to my house. Despite the weight and size, the driver didn't assist with the delivery, which I believe is part of their responsibility.
