I am really unhappy with how things turned out with Bulk Supplements. At first, I was looking forward to working with them, but it all went downhill fast. Even though I tried my best to promote their stuff, I never got the commission money they promised. It feels like they just ripped me off. Things got worse when they suddenly blocked my account for no reason. I contacted customer service a bunch of times, but their answers were always unclear and didn't help at all. It's like they only care about making money and don't care about the people they work with or their customers. This whole thing left me feeling upset, and I don't think anyone should trust Bulk Supplements. It's sad to see a company acting like this, and I warn others to think carefully before dealing with them.

Ordered July 2024 … my package got returned by NZ customs. No word from the courier or Bulk Supplements about it. Now it's been 7 months and I’m still waiting for a refund. Customer service just says it’s "in transit" and does nothing to help. Their free shipping is just a scam. Don't waste your time with them, you’ll end up losing everything. Would give zero stars if I could.

Minus 10 stars! The product wasn't pure, had some extra stuff added. I emailed about my problem, but got no help at all! They just keep sending me endless emails! STOP sending emails when I’ve already written a bad review for being lied to and tricked by their ads! I’ll NEVER buy from Bulk again, STOP EMAILING ME!!! Anne

The item came later than expected

The item came later than expected, and the packing was not at all like what was shown online. It appeared poorly made and not genuine. I requested organic, but it contained maltodextrin. This business seems dubious.

Items sent to wrong place. No customer service at all! Won’t contact courier company and told me to sort it out myself, claiming no responsibility since items are marked as delivered. Find another seller.

It took about 3 weeks for them to ship my order. I'm not sure if I'll get it at all. After reading some reviews, I wonder if they actually send real products. I would recommend using iherb instead.
