I like working at BlastOne.

I like working at BlastOne. I've been here 6 years, and have been able to grow tremendously both personally and professionally. Our Leadership team leads from the front by example, and gives a lot of latitude to execute your role your own way without a lot of interference, but still fosters incredible team spirit and a highly sought after culture. There has been incredible investment in employees to promote advancement, teamwork and a happy personal life. Some examples of this are: A brand new purpose built office next to the airport with the most modern amenities, much more Paid Time Off than average, a fantastic 401k program, free provided lunch daily, as well as the ability to relax and catch a breath by connecting with fellow employees through the day with ping pong and collaboration areas everywhere. This is absolutely the place to work if you enjoy working hard, playing hard, making a difference and being a part of a group that is growing rapidly and disrupting the industry we are in. Cons Some people (i don't understand this) don't "get" the fact that we are all expected to give 110% and we will get 120% in return. Probably not the place for lazy people to work.

If you need to wait around to complete tasks or are concerned about other duties and not a top performer, then Blastone might not be the right choice.

I'm really happee with they're service. They provide grate products at affordable prices. Their customer support is very helpful and responsive. I had a problem with my order, but they quickly resolved it.

The company initially displayed tremendous support during a challenging period involving a sick family member, allowing valuable flexibility to work from home. However, as the company's vision shifted, the autonomy I expected for my role diminished. Towards the end, the lack of freedom to perform my job as anticipated became increasingly frustrating. Despite the earlier positive experiences, the shift in approach and autonomy led to a less-than-ideal conclusion to my time with the company.

If your not part of the family, your job won't last long. They look after their own. When they mention training, don't expect much from it. They care more about profits than their staff. What you see isn't always what you get. Advice to Management Don’t let someone go before they’ve been with the company for 90 days without any performance feedback. Especially when there's an employee who talks bad about management when they are not present. This person spends more time smoking at the job site (which is against company rules) but gets special treatment because of his father’s position.
