I'm giving them 3 stars, partly my fault. I made a mistake in my address for delivery. I emailed them right away to explain. I've been chasing them for the past 24 hours. Just got an email that the item was sent to the wrong address... and still no response from their service. There's a sex toy with my name wandering around the city.

Total RIP OFF

Got a product that failed first charge. Bestvibe just played games and REFUSED to Replace or Refund even though it was still in the box. It failed to charge first try. They just keep asking for pics and videos of it Not Working. I'm done playing games with this Rip Off Company.....

Can not connect with them online

no phone number and they don't return emails. My credit card was declined by some one and I raised hell with my credit union. I was told that the card would not be declined any more but Bestvibe will not check it out. I guess they are to lazy to check the card again. BAD SERVICE

Order still waiting

Order still waiting I reached out to them but no one replies to my messages. The 48-hour shipping seems pointless since I’ve been trying to get in touch for days with no luck. I ordered on the 11th, and now it’s two weeks later with nothing to show. It’s just so weird.
