The whisky glasses I bought (for a gift) came out really nice. One picture dosen’t match fully but I get that it's not so easy. I'm happy with how they turned out and can’t wait to give them for a 21st birthday. I liked that the company checked in after—I enjoy when service is done right and I'd buy from them again.

I like how they did the stitching

I like how they did the stitching of my dog Drew on the shirt, but the shirt's material isn't strong enough to handle it. Drew's picture might make the shirt shrink. I feel let down by the shirt's quality. A thicker shirt would have made it better to wear.

The Father's Day tshirt and tumbler we got were great! Me and my daughter really liked how they looked. The only problem was that I ordered them on June 1st, and they came on June 24th and 25th (seperate). But we trust the process and would order again.

I appreciated the idea of honoring our pets through the purchase, but I'm not a fan of the blanket's quality. It seems a bit too thin considering the cost. The delivery took quite a while – I placed the order on 2/22 and only got it on 3/6. I bought it as a birthday gift for my husband on 3/4, so waiting for it wasn't ideal.

Wish I could rate zero stars

This company has been nothing but horrible to work with. I ordered a wind chime as a memorial for my friend. I placed the order 10/29. It is now 11/22 and I still do not have the order. I have been going back and forth with them for WEEKS trying to get an update and now, a refund. They keep telling me it is an issue with the shipping company. Despite the fact the shipping company only shows they reveiced the shipment information and that is it. I asked for a refund on the shipping 11/13 as it had already been much longer than the 2-4 days they state on the site. They agreed on 11/14. Again, it is 11/22 and i still do not have the refund. They keep saying they can't cancel the order and refund the full amount because "the order is in transit" (even though the shipping site still only shows shipment information received), but they will refund the shipping cost. Still no money back what so ever. The literal worst company I've ever worked with. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered and wasted my money.

Looks like a chew toy instead of a pillow!

I ordered a pet pillow from "Best Custom" for a very good friend that had to put their dog down right after Christmas. The thing looks like my dog's chew toy with 3 limbs sticking out! It's also flat, I could toss it and bet you it would come back! I looked them up on the BBB & found nothing positive! Charged me $6 for "Premium Quality" I did not approve, yet got a blurry picture & a card I didn't get. Only thing I'm being refunded for is the missing card. I even offered to send their chew toy back!

I had a small dog, and this item is unusable. The collar is too large and the holes make it impossible to display without it. They say they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but it’s just smoke. Shipping took over a month.

BestCustom.co is a FRAUD site.

They put FALSE addresses on their page. Their real base is in China. They never give back your money and don’t deliver what you order. The only answer you get is: “please reach out to our support at this email…” but they never fix anything. The phone numbers listed are fake too, so calling them is useless. I wish the FBI would look into this company.

I didn't receive the package meant for

I didn't receive the package meant for my wife's birthday on July 23. The tracking says it was delivered, but I never got it. I’m not sure where the mix-up happened. Can you tell me where it is? If not received, I’d like a refund. Thanks.

Got nothing for mother's day

My mother has been battling cancer and I ordered something really special for her. I paid extra to Expedite. Mother's day has coming on and ahe still has nothing. Unacceptable!! I wouldn't even give them one star if I could.

I got this cap recently and honestly, I was a bit worried seeing how tiny the box was. I mean, how could a hat fit in there without getting all squished? Got this Pet Pillow and, wow, it’s pretty awesome! It looks just like my fluffy white poodle, except there’s this weird tan spot on her chest that kinda looks like a shadow. Wish I’d seen a preview before ordering, but no biggie. The quality is really good and it made me smile. Price was fair, and it arrived pretty quickly too.
